my back home or help button is not displaying on monitor. I’ve tried setting up and used welcome ink and it states use setup ink cartiridged (I don’t have any as I bought this second hand)
i used customer support and they said simply hit back button then home again, to which I’ve noticed there isn’t those buttons displayed on the control panel.
I looked into the instruction manual and it states the printer control manual should have those buttons.
what the hell do I even do?

They do not always display and you need to press the location where the button is. Check the user guide for your product at support.hp.com as it should have a control panel map that shows where buttons are.
