Hi

Firstly my printer has worked fine up until this point. Recently I have been having to do a lot of printing and my Instant Ink cartridge ran out and i needed to print a lot more in the meantime. I've already used 1 standard black 302 cartridge without issue but that ran out so i went and purchased an XL cartridge.

So yesterday i installed the new Genuine HP Black 302XL ink cartridge in my printer, aligned as per instructions as always and everything seemed fine. I printed off a couple of labels for items i was sending out without issue. However today everything i'm printing has black lines on every page as per this pic. It looks more like its repeating printing over and over again rather than solid black lines.

So far i have printed from 2 different laptops and the printer itself to make sure it wasn't a driver issue. I've done a full power down of the printer (not just sleep), carried out another alignment but no joy.

Anybody seen this issue before and know how to resolve it? HP's guide, virtual assistants and tools don't seem to have any idea and despite me spending a fortune on HP Ink HP don't want to help once the actual hardware is out of warranty.
