Hi,

I'm at the point where I think I need to download and install the drivers/software for my D110 series printer manually.

When I first got it, possibly 3 or 4 years ago, I can't remember using a disk to install it.

The kid took it away to school, now it's back and we want to use it again. All worked fine wireless etc before.

I removed it from my laptop after having some intial setup issues to try and start over.

Now, using the USB cable to the laptop I get a Device Driver software was not successfully installed message.

With some of the line items saying ready, but three different line items saying No driver found.

The software download site says there is a D110a and a D110b, how do I determine which do I need?

This is on a Windows 7 Home 64-bit system.

Thanks

Hi,

Open the print cartridge access door and if not able to find please provide the part number or serial no of the printer to determine if its d110a or d110b.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
