If you are referring to an HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer, the "Assembly Tray Input" part number is: CZ022-60046.
Mind you, this is an expensive part to replace: https://www.partshere.com/online/detail.asp?partno=CZ022-60046.
As a matter of fact, if you are determined to get a replacement input tray, you would spend less money by buying a defective HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer, and take out the tray: https://www.ebay.com/itm/145387312978?epid=141138676&itmmeta=01HYSQ9J9BB6C35KE3V25228GJ&hash=item21d....
