I got this printer used and no color ink cartridges work in it. It accepted knock-off refills for black but for color it won't accept a HP original product.
I waited too long, assuming it would work, now I want my $$ back but the seller says it's past 30 days so I need to get $$ from HP.
Great. HOW?

@c_w_60, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to use the new color ink cartridge.
HP does not recommend the use of non-HP/refill ink cartridges.
Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
