Product: Officejet Pro 8100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I have a 8100 printer.    In the past I used the USB cable to print.      My laptop today, does not have a USB port.     I can't load the drivers from HP without a USB cable connected to printer.     How can I use the printer in wireless mode.......

Please try

 

(a) Download following software and save on your computer

 

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL40109/bi-108867-4/OJ8100_1321-1.exe

 

(b) Right click downloaed file and swlwct run as administrator,

(c) Select Wireless and follow on screen instructions
