How can I perform a real factory reset on an OfficeJet K60? I selected the option by that name from the LCD panel, but I can still print the event log with a list of numbers dialed and received from, along the quick dial list. Not the sort of things you'd expect to see in a device you just got from the factory.
My objective is to recycle the printer with confidence that all confidential images and records of activity have been removed.
