Printer does not handle heavy card stock.

Printer does support Index card paper to 200 gsm.

  • Paper Size - and whether the paper size and type are supported (compatible) in combination
  • Paper Size & Type - The paper size / type as detected by the printer as compared to the settings used in the job setup
  • Driver - Depending on the Operating System and software, it is important to use the full driver as opposed to the Windows standard drivers

Nope, it will not handle that weight. It’s less than 200 gsm or whatever and just jams the printer.

It was trimmed to fit the tray and is less than the weight the printer should be able to handle by the provided information
