I had what appears to be a catastrophic cartridge failure -- there's black ink pooled at the bottom of my printer -- and nothing seems to work as it's supposed to. I was in a 40+-minute chat yesterday with someone at HP -- Case Number [Personal Information Removed] -- but something crashed and we got disconnected. I've been unable to contact ANYONE at HP to try to get back to the steps the agent had laid out for me.

Please note: NEVER post information like a case number in your post as there is no end to the scammers out there that are trolling these forums and it is nearly impossible to stay ahead of them. I have escalated your post to the moderators in the hopes they can find so assistance for you.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.
