How can I see how many pages my PagePro 477DW has made?

My PagePro 477DW has printed only 20 - 30 pages but is now stopped because the 'ink cartridge is depleted'.  I'm sure that the total number of pages printed must be logged somewhere but I cannot locate this and I'd like to access some proof of this unacceptable performance.

If this is your printer, the following is relevant:

User Guide > Section HP Embedded Web Server (EWS) (starting on Page 26)

Subsection Features > Tools Tab > Reports (Page 30)

Example

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Tools > Reports

Unfortunately, it is likely the Reports information is only relevant to the total number of pages printed.  In other words, there may not be a way to extract only the current toner cartridge usage statistics.

Regardless, you may certainly contact HP Support and ask about this.
