Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

I had an error with my printer and tried to fix it on my own before I went to the HP website. I first tried the virtual chat where I was asked to input my products serial number. I did, and it showed I had one day left on my warranty. NOW support is telling me my waranty has expired. How can I see that previous chat to send them a snap shot?
