Deskjet 895C series.  Windows 7.  Great printer, but I can't find HP toolbox?

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

 

This printer seems to be obsolete so there is no full feature software driver for this printer. 

 

However, I would recommend you use the Windows built-in drivers to tackle this issue. Windows 7 OS comes with the built-in printer drivers. Simply turn on the printer and connect the USB cable from the printer to the PC. The drivers will be installed in 2-3 minutes. Go to Control panel - Devices and printers to check the printer entry and make it as default printer if needed.

For some reason, if this does not work then then I would suggest you install the printer driver using alternate driver. 

Please go to this link and follow the steps mentioned to install the alternate drivers.
