I opened my new HP Instant Ink cartridge today and it exploded all over me. It was a mess of ink, and now, doesn't feel safe to use. I called the number (which took FOREVER to find) to report that I needed a new cartridge. Customer Service was helpful. But, the black cartridge I need is back ordered, and will not arrive to my home until November 19th. So, I decided I would go buy a new HP cartridge because I need to print today, and almost every day until the 19th. My printer is telling me that I have installed a non instant ink cartridge. So now, when I print, it prints no black at all. I need to print. How do I bypass the non instant ink cartridge warning?
