HP PageWide Color MFP 586. There is no error code been displayed though it printing black. I have done printhead cleaning and it's printing a pattern though surprising enough when i command or send a print job, the page comes out blank. Is there anyone with a solution of how to fix this problem?

Hello Tedshims,
There are some recommendations you can consider:
- Always use original cartridges that are not empty nor expired and of course not manipulated in any way.
- Connect printer directly to the power outlet.
- If you have access to a second computer, try to replicate the issue there: if you can print fine, that is the confirmation the issue is not the printer.
- Try making copies: if copies work, that is confirmation the problem is not the printer but something on the computer like communication or even drivers.
If your printer is under warranty you can also call HP tech support for further investigation.

If you make a copy through the scanner does it print properly? Likely you have an issue with either a driver or corrupt file. Delete the drivers and reinstall.
