I have been trying to evaluate my printer usage to determine whether I should upgrade to a different plan. When I attempt to calculate the number of rollover pages and compare that to the information on the HP Smart Overview page or my invoice, the numbers do not match.  How does HP calculate and track rollover pages?

@jazzlover22, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. Your rollover pages are available as long as you are enrolled in HP Instant Ink. You can continue to roll over up to 3x the number of pages in your monthly plan (for example, you can roll over up to 300 pages if you are enrolled in a 100-page plan).

Anything more will not be carried forward to roll-over.

To see how many rollover pages you have available:

  1. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.
  2. If HP Instant Ink is in the left menu, click HP Instant Ink > Plan Overview.
  3. Look for rollover pages in the Status area.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
