How do I cancel a print job on my hp deskjet 3630? I have pushed the red X but wont cancel

there are no error messages. I push the cancel button, it stops for less then a minute and then resumes the print job. this ia 74 page job which i already have 1 of

I understand that you need assistance in canceling the print job in on your computer, is that right?

Are you facing any print quality issues with your printer?

How is the printer connected to your computer? USB or wireless. 

There will be a print job queue icon on the taskbar of your computer when the print job is being printed. 

You can click on it to bring up the print queue. 

Right-click on the print job and cancel it.
