Product: Instant Ink
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently have the 50 page plan for instant ink.  Things have changed for me and I would like to switch to the 15 page plan, as I don't print much anymore.  How do I do that?  I tried to go to my account and clicked on "Change Plan", but the 15 page plan was not listed.

Hi,

You cannot downgrade to the free plan, as listed under 'Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?':

https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/

 

The $0 plan is an introductory offer and only available as a plan choice at enrollment
