Instant Ink

I can't update my debit card details on my Instant Ink account. I have followed all of the instructions but when I select - Change Billing Information - I only have the ability to change my billing and shipping address. There are no links or fields for card number or expiry date.

Does anyone have a solution?

@KennedyC,

Thank you for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums! I see from your post that you need assistance in updating the debit card details on your HP Instant Ink account. Don't worry I'll be really glad to help you with this.

Splendid effort and fabulous description of the issue before posting. Kudos to you on that score.  You are a valued HP customer and it is paramount to assist you here. I take it as a privilege to share this platform with you.

In this scenario, If you are changing your payment card information, retype the credit or debit card number, expiration date, and CVV number on the back of the card. To change any part of the information, you must retype all the fields. Make sure the billing address is correct.

After some experimentation I have managed to update my card details by using my Tablet rather than my Laptop.

Just to clarify this for bug fixing purposes -

When I log onto my instant ink account using my 7inch Asus Tablet (Android - Firefox) I can select the Change Billing Information and I am presented with a screen which shows my VISA card details and Prepaid Information.  Clicking on the Edit Payment Information link takes me to a screen with Billing Address a the top and Payment Information at the bottom.

The payment information includes fields for my card number, expiry date and CVV. My payment details can then be edited.

When I log onto my instant ink account using my Dell 15inch Laptop (Win 10 - Firefox) I can select the Change Billing Information link from the panel on the right hand side. and I am presented with a screen which shows my VISA card details and Prepaid Information. Clicking on the link Edit Payment Information takes me to a screen with Billing Address on the left and Payment Details on the right.  Under Payment Details there are 2 fields with my first and last name only.

There is one link showing Use Shipping Address above the Billing Address.  There are two buttons for Cancel and Save.

There is no card details shown and no facility to edit or enter them.

This isssue is now closed for me but highlights and issue that remains to be resolved.

Sorry - Just an addendum to my previous post.

I am using the UK instant ink website - https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en
