My printer prints in normal or high quality as the default print quality.  I want to set it to print in draft quality as the default.  I cannot find any way to do this.  Help please.

Hi,

Open the Control Panel and select Devices and Printers.

Right click the shown HP Officejet 8720 printer and select Printing Preferences.

Within the Paper/Quality tab set the print quality as required, then press OK and the selected settings will remain as defauls.

I'm using Win 10.  Control Panel seems to have been taken away with one of the more recent win 10 updates.  System settings will not allow a right click on the printer.  If control panel is really still around, how do I find it?

This is the old way to do it and no longer works with the new version of HP software and Windows 10.

Does anyone have the correct answer?
