How do I contact Customer Services regarding an Issue with my printer?

HP Recommended
OfficeJet 7500A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I encountered a problem with my 7500A.  The error messages directed me toward a printhead issue.  So I purchased a new Hp printhead and 4 new ink cartridges as recommended.  And upon installation I get error message 0xc19a0013.  Long story short, finding a remedy was fruitless.  Now I am out $120 that could have gone toward a new printer...had I not really wanted to keep this printer.  So where do  I turn next?    Thanks....James
