How do I delete a printer I no longer own? My example is a Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One, that shows as offline, and I can hide, but it keeps coming back.

Welcome to the HP User Community.

If you have not done so,

Try / Consider...

Try prying the old printer out from the Dashboard > MyDevices

HP Account - Login / Dashboard

Notes:

  • Log into your HP Account if / when you need central access to your device information, including the ability to update your personal  information.
  • Printers ever subscribed to Instant Ink might resist being removed and will remain in the list.
  • HP Support Personal Dashboard Resource Guide
  • Device renaming in the Dashboard does not rename the printer in Devices and Printers (Windows)
