Hi I’m trying to reset my HP OfficeJet Pro 8615 back to its default settings factory restore I can’t restore from the tool menu because it says I need to enter administrator password I don’t remember ever Setting up a password but my mother could have because it used to be her printer she’s passed away since .At any rate I can’t use it now because it set on legal size paper and It won’t let me change it and I don’t have legal paper and it prints in the middle of a regular size piece of paper and I lose half of what’s on the paper so I need to bring it back to default settings so I can change the paper settings and get rid of the password. HELP!!
