My printer doesn't hook up to my iPhone. The last test results says to run the wireless setup wizard. Where is it?

@Mjc6

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand, you're trying to connect your phone to a printer,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Is Wi-Fi light blinking or steady on the printer?

Have you connected the other devices to the printer?

Let's run the Wireless set up wizard

Use the printer's built-in Wireless Setup Wizard to walk you through finding your network name and entering the network password to connect the printer to your wireless network.

  1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already turned on.

  2. On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon (). The Wireless Summary screen displays.

  3. Touch the Settings icon (), and then touch Wireless Settings.

  4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard, and then follow the instructions on the control panel to connect the printer to your wireless network.

Also, you could connect printer and phone using Wi-Fi Direct feature.

Keep me posted,

Have a great day 🙂

Cheers 🙂
