Operating System: Unknown

HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One with printhead problem.  Power reset didn't help.  Couldn't find any firmware update.  The problem is still with me.

I had to call HP.  My printer was under warranty, so I received a refurbished printer in 2 days!
