Hi @Sassy-10,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
I Understand the "i" Error Light and Copy Lights
What type of paper are you using?
Have you made any recent changes to the printer or its settings?
Check Paper:
- Ensure there's paper in the input tray and that it's loaded correctly.
- Check for any paper jams or wrinkled paper.
Verify Toner Cartridges:
- Open the top cover and inspect the toner cartridges.
- Make sure they're installed securely and that the toner levels are sufficient.
- If necessary, replace any empty or damaged toner cartridges.
Check Electrical Connection:
- Ensure the power cord is plugged securely into both the printer and a working electrical outlet.
- Try plugging the printer into a different outlet.
Reset the Printer:
- Unplug the printer from the power outlet.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
- You might also try updating the printer's firmware to the latest version. Click here
If the issue persists, check the printer's user manual. Click here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
