This message appears on my printer despite replacing with new ink cartridges: there is a printhead problem 0xc19a0023. How do I fix it? Thank you for your help!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

To fix the " Error code: 0xc19a0023 Printer head appears to be missing or not detected", please try the steps below:

  1. Reset the printer
  2. Reseat the printhead up to three times
  3. Remove the ink cartridges, and then check the error message
  4. Clean the ink cartridge contacts, and then check the error message
  5. Update the printer firmware
