How do I get 302 cartridge to work on OfficeJet 4650 instead of 63?

I purchased this printer in the US and have since been stationed in the Germany with the US Military. 

I needed a new printer cartridge and was instructed to purchase a HP 302 cartridge, as the HP 63 ones that came with the printer are unavailable here in Germany.  How can I make the 302 cartridges work in my printer?

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
