Hi,

 

I've recently bought a new printer HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1115. 

The magenta ink did not appear when I tried printing a test page.

I've liaised with 6 agents through WhatsApp which none of them seem to be able to 

resolve my issue. 

They've told me to do a clean up, 2nd clean up, uninstall and re-install the program,

which I have already done, twice. But the same problem persist.

Now i'm waiting for the 7th agent to reply to my messages. I am hoping somebody 

from the community or a HP rep can help me, as going through WhatsApp helpline doesn't 

seem to be working.

Hi,

Where did you purchase the printer from? the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage printer was marketed around 2015, quite a few years ago, such long storage will likely cause the cartridge to get clogged over the years.

 

What is the warranty end date listed on the cartridge itself?

I suggest checking with the store for the option to get a replacement cartridge if the printer were stored for such a long period.
