Product: Office Jet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Can only print in black. Message says that color cartridge needs to be replaced but doesn't identify which cartridge. How can I determine which cartridge needs to be replaced?

Hi,
The error message should identify which cartridge it referes to, it should include a colored circle with the cartridge mark below the message (K-Black / Y-Yellow / C-Cyan / M-Magenta).
You may also confirm the alert, then swipe your finger from the top to the bottom of the screen to launch the printer dashboard.
Press the top ink drop icon to access in levels, all 4 cartridge levels are shown.
