Hi @Robbi7123,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To print a LibreOffice (.odf) document using an HP DeskJet 2652 All-In-One Printer, you can follow these steps.
- Open the Document: First, open the LibreOffice document you want to print using the LibreOffice application on your computer.
- Check Document Formatting: Make sure that your document is formatted correctly and looks the way you want it to appear in print.
- Click on File: In the LibreOffice application, click on the "File" menu at the top-left corner of the window.
- Select Print: From the dropdown menu, select "Print." This will open the Print dialog box.
- Choose Printer: In the Print dialog box, you should see a list of available printers. Select your HP DeskJet 2652 All-In-One Printer from the list. Make sure it's set as the default printer if necessary.
- Set Print Options: Configure the print options as per your preferences. This includes choosing the number of copies, selecting the page range if needed, and adjusting any other printing settings.
- Click Print: Once you have configured the print options, click the "Print" button in the Print dialog box. This will send the print job to your HP DeskJet 2652.
- Printer Confirmation: Your printer will receive the print job and start printing the document. Be patient, as it may take a moment for the printing process to begin.
- Collect Your Printed Document: Once the printing is complete, your document will be printed and ready to be collected from the printer's output tray.
Please ensure that your HP DeskJet 2652 is properly connected to your computer and has the necessary drivers installed. Additionally, make sure you have sufficient ink or toner in your printer before attempting to print.
These instructions should work for most versions of LibreOffice and Windows or macOS operating systems
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
