I have had this problem before and it was resolved. I am now having the same problem, and following the same steps but the printer will NOT print borderless. I am printing from a PDF generated on a mac. Please reply specifically for Adobe Acrobat Pro X and HP ENVY 5530 as I see other people have had this issue but the solutions given for other products don't work in this case.

The following steps should help you set 8.5x11 borderless printing on Adobe software:

1.) Open the document you want to print, click File, click Print, and then click Page Setup...

2.) On the Page Setup window, click Format For and select the printer.

3.) Click Paper Size and select US Letter Borderless.

4.) Click Ok and click Print.

Let me know how it goes!

This doesn't work. I continue to get a white border on the top and bottom of the page. The sides are both borderless, but not top and bottom.

Does the print print preview on Adobe show a border?

Could you also try printing the PDF file using Preview and check if the printed page has border.
