On other HP printers, I am offered the option of printing actual size or shrink to fit [8.5 x 11]. How do I do that on my 9010?

Hi @DOls

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.

Please try these steps -

1.) On your Windows 10 device, go to HP Smart (in English) to get the app from the Windows Store, and then follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the app.

2.) On your computer, open the HP Smart app, and then click the Plus sign .

3.) Follow the on-screen prompts to add your printer or set up a new printer.

4.) On the HP Smart app home screen, click a tile to print an item from your printer. Click on Print Documents

5.) Locate the PDF or photo in the Documents folder or Pictures library, or browse to another folder where the file might be saved.
6.) Select the document or photo you want, and then click Print.
A preview of the print job displays in the Microsoft Print Preview window.
7.) From the preview window, you can select a different printer or make any changes to the print settings, such as paper size or output quality, if necessary.

In the Paper Size option, select Letter (8.50" X 11.00") from the drop-down -

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
