HP deskjet 3755. How can I print what is on my desktop screen instead of having to turn it into a pdf file document and have to print the entire document?

Try going to Control Panel... Devices and Printers...

Right click on your printer and select "Set As Default".

@NathanS20 advice is correct, you need to set the default printer to be your actual printer.

I might also suggest that you prevent windows from managing your printers.  If you try to print a word document and the last printer you used was a label printer, windows will send the job to the label printer instead of the Deskjet printer if you are not careful.  This  happened to me and I had to unplug the label printer to stop it.  If the last printer you used was the Print to PDF file then that is the problem.
