HP office jet pro. 8600

I am trying to resize a document. I have been able to do it in the past.  I select Copy. Then I select Settings. There are only two arrows displayed. One up and one down. I select the down arrow until I see Resize. There are no additional arrows displayed. I then select Resize. A screen appears that says Actual Size with a picture of a piece of paper that says 100% and there are no arrows displayed at all. If I touch the screen it takes me back to copy settings.

Thanks but I was able to solve this problem. I connected via a laptop and changed the resize default from full page 100% to custom size. Now it works.

I go to Copy then resize and get no other options. Just that screen that says actual size with no arrows.

Thank you for responding,

It's great to have you back 😉

After you get into the re-size option did you try pressing the left or the right arrow? If not give it a try and let me know. 🙂

After I get to the resize option there is no right or left arrow. That’s my problem. There use to be but they disappeared and I don’t know how to get them back.
