Is this also the way to send back a FULL, UNOPENED ink cartridge?

Hi,
When you receive your next set of cartridges, there shoudl be a free post recycle envelope that you can use to return them.
Alternatively you can loging to your account and request an envelope to be poste dto you free of charge.
