How do i print on a 5x7 using a hp deskjet 3630

I am trying to print on a 5x7 card stock and the printer feeds the paper and sounds like its printing but doesn't print anything.  If i use a regular 8.5x11 it prints fine.  I've set the program print parameters and page setup to 5x7 but i can not figure out how to do the same with the actual printer.  I think it is detecting the paper size and not printing

I suggest you update the Printer firmware. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Since the printer is not recognizing the 5 x 7 card stock, let's create a custom paper size and try to print. Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03890386
