Hey there! @Gr8dave42, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you would like to know how to factory reset your printer.
Don't worry I'll to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
I was not able to find the factory reset for your printer.
However, you can try restoring the network settings to default if you have network issues with your printer.
1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status
menu.
2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless
Settings menu.
3. Select Restore Defaults.
4. Confirm the selection to restore defaults
Also, If you need to know how to put the printer back to factory state. I will share you few details through a private message, as the information is confidential and is only applicable for your printer.
In the meantime, you can refer the printer user guide for more information. Click Here
Let me know if this helps!
Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂
