How do you reset the memory to factory defaults on an HP 6520 Photosmart all-in-one?

HP6520 Photosmart all-in-one
macOS 10.14 Mojave

The printer reports "print headsdamaged" on start up. I've seen a post about a similar printer and the person responding sent the procedure to do a "semi full reset" privately.  (This is a stronger reset and, if successful, would reset the printer to factory defaults and clear the memory).  I'm trying to revive this unit enough to use the scanner.  Thanks.

@SkiFan55

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Print head Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps!
