The printer reports "print headsdamaged" on start up. I've seen a post about a similar printer and the person responding sent the procedure to do a "semi full reset" privately.  (This is a stronger reset and, if successful, would reset the printer to factory defaults and clear the memory).  I'm trying to revive this unit enough to use the scanner.  Thanks.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Print head Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
