Can anyone assist with this? I do have a Domain, servers, etc. I tried to compare settings with another M775 but the options were slightly different and I did not have the exact options to select from compared to the other one... weird.

Update:
I double checked the LDAP server address and compared to another similar printer, the server is correct. When I try to do an auto populate I sometimes get LDAP servers pulled up but most of the time I receive no LDAP servers available/reachable. I unchecked the SSL box and tried again but same result, available LDAP servers populate sometimes. I disabled the ACL I had on this printer and tried again but still no luck. What I need is LDAP with SSL but this printer is uncooperative. Network itself is fine too. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We have run into cases where some type of corruption causes this type of issue. The best first thing is to perform a partial clean to ensure that the OS on the printer is bug free. As the operating system used is Windows embedded, the same type of random corruptions can happen to printers, just like PCs.
