Hi, I bought HP officejet pro 7720 while i am in UK used for 2 years and now I have moved to India,  after referring to HP Customer Support - Knowledge Base for 7720 order brougt Cartridges 955, through my HP smart app instant get supply link. In setting changes the region and languges and inerted new HP original 955 ink Cartriges all 4 ink and color. But showing  Incompatabile cartridges. I tired to reset factory settings, update softwares, but still the same. Kindly help to reset and resolve the issue and to start using my printer in India. Many thanks in advance.

I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name, or simply click on this link.

Hp Incompatible Print Cartridge Error message may signal that the cartridge you placed is in the wrong slot. When you get such errors, check that the cartridge model numbers match your printer model and your country's region. After that, check if the cartridges are installed in their corresponding slots.
