Trying to help my mom set up her printer (remotely due to pandemic). She purchased this printer a while ago but never set it up. It seems the setup cartridges are not available (either misplaced, thrown away by mistake, or were not in the box), but it's too late to return it, and it's out of warranty already. I ordered her the correct ink cartridges to put in the printer, but they are not accepted because it's waiting for the setup cartridges. I tried searching the internet to buy setup cartridges, but cannot find them. I have seen some youtube videos about how to bypass the setup cartridge message, but not for this printer.
Could you please help me with instructions on how to bypass this error message, or how I can get some setup cartridges? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @JB135,
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
