Hi @DCPC1

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To cancel a print job on your HP Envy 7200 series printer, you can follow these steps:

1. Cancel from the Printer Control Panel

  • Locate the Cancel Button: On the printer's control panel, look for a button that says Cancel or has a red "X" symbol.
  • Press the Cancel Button: This should stop the current print job.

2. Cancel from the Computer

If the job is still active and you want to cancel it from your computer:

For Windows:

  1. Open the Control Panel:
    • Go to Devices and Printers.
  2. Find Your Printer: Right-click on your HP Envy 7200 series printer and select See what's printing.
  3. Cancel the Job: Right-click on the job you want to cancel and select Cancel.

For macOS:

  1. Open System Preferences: Click on the Apple menu and select System Preferences.
  2. Go to Printers & Scanners: Find your HP Envy 7200 in the list of printers.
  3. Open Print Queue: Click on Open Print Queue.
  4. Cancel the Job: Select the job you want to cancel and click the X button or Delete.

3. Restart the Printer

If the print job doesn’t cancel through the above methods, you can also try restarting the printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it for a few seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Let me know if you need more help!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
