How to change my password

I have a deskjet 3700 and I forgot my password for me to change settings on the printer how can I reset it or factory reset it without going through the web page it won't allow me without my admin password

I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
