Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I need help with changing my printer's network name (SSID). I changed my computer's network name, so now my printer could not connect to my computer. My printer is an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 model. It's an old version. It does not have a touchscreen menu, just buttons. I tried following the instructions of the virtual agent but I still could not figure it out. Thank you.

Follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change to reconfigure the printer with your new network.

 

Also, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
