Several months is way too long for an inkjet printer to be left unused. To prevent ink from drying you need to use printer more often, weekly minimum.
You can try to soak the ink cartridge ( bottom part) in hot water hoping that hot water will dissolve dried ink. If that doesn't help, since your printer hasn't been used for a longer period you will probably need to replace both cartridges.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
