I want to know how to clear an "Original Loaded" message from my HP6600 ADF.  I have cleaned the ADF thoroughly as well as completed a hard reset and updated all software on the printer.  Nothing works to clear the "original Loaded" message.  The printer prints well.  It will not Scan or Copy.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please try these steps

- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and from the wall outlet or power strip.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
- Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Also ensure the Firmware is updated. https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

If the issue persists try resetting the Printer Network settings

1. Touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. 2. Touch (right arrow), touch Setup, touch Reports, and then touch Print Network Configuration Page to print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

Thank you
