Product: HP Envy 4507
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was printing a booklet format last evening but it wasnt collated then today cant send the document to the printer (have been able to send other things that came through in an email).  So two questions really, firstly what might be stopping the printing and secondly how do I get the document to collate and print all the same way up rather than upside down on the second page?  Thank you.

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number?

What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or an iPhone? 

Is the copy working fine?

 

If the copy is working fine this could be a driver issue.
