Thank you for posting your query about the E3 error you are facing with the printer. I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
The E3 error indicates that the print carriage inside the printer has jammed or stalled. You may follow these steps:
Open the front door.
Make sure the printhead cover is properly closed and the print carriage is not obstructed.
- CAUTION: Do not open the printhead cover.
Remove any jammed paper or other objects blocking the carriage.
Close the front door.
Press the Resume button to continue printing, or press the Cancel button.
If the problem persists, turn the printer off and on again.
