Rainbow23, Thank you for your reply,

I was able to select the semi-full reset and enter English and US for country but during the print head alignment the system again threw a print system event code of 71.02.4a and unfortunately now I can't hide the Failure message to get back to the control  panel selections. I tried a full power off and unplug twice with same results.

Do you have any other suggestion that I could try. At this point the printer is useless so it can't get any worse!!
