I am giving away my printer. I want to reset it to factory settings so that all my sent and received faxes are eliminated and none of my personal information is on it. How do I do this, please. Envy 7645 all in one
THANK YOU!

Hi,
Thank You for contacting HP.
If you want to reset the fax settings and other fax details like faxes sent and received then we need to perform a Restore Factory Defaults on the printer.
Note:- Restoring the Factory defaults removes the printer from network as well. You need to reconnect to the network.
Please perform the steps below :-
On the printer home screen, select the Set Up Icon, > Then browse to Printer Maintenance > Then Browse to Restore Settings > Restore Factory Defaults > Click on Continue.
Let it complete.
Power off and Power on the printer.
The printer will be defaulted to original settings now.
Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
